My new salon has been doing different things and events lately. Im so excited that we just shot for Hype Hair Magazine this past Sunday, Last month we held a Pre-Viewing party for TNT's Hawthowrne season 3, which was in 10 different cities with different salons. We even held a book signing as well last month. I am so pleased that my salon is stepping and branching out with community and in the industry and this is just the beginning because we have more to come.

I never took a pole class before up until this point. It was mucho fun and I learned alot. I wanted to dress up a bit sexy to enjoy the experience. I like to get in character for things. So I dressed apart and did my thang!, lol.

I finally wanted to try a new hairstyle from  my known style. Being that my salon is now open and I see so many people come in and get different sytles; I wanted to try someting new too. lol

This style is less up-keep, no heat need on my hair, minimum product and you just shake & go. LUV IT! I took a few pics from my phone this past weekend with & without make-up.

Hope you like it, because its growing on me.  

When I saw this place, I knew I could call it my future salon. It looked crazy and not able to fix; However, I knew it would come out the way it did. I guess I just have that eye!  I designed the ENTIRE salon layout, scheme and color design, basically everything. Some say I should have went to design school; yeah, I shuda, cuda, wuda. I just enjoy designing period. I told my architect what  to draw for my contractor, and of course she explained the laws and what I had to follow. Besides that, this whole project was ME! I was there everyday to witness the salon come to life and so happy I did. SO here are a few pics when I adopted my new baby and a few of how it was coming along...
